Being a therapist is something I feel called to. I have seen the vast difference therapy has made in my own life, and I want to offer you an opportunity for transformation like I received. I want to create for you a safe, supportive space, where you can bring all of who you are, knowing that you will be accepted with compassion and respect. I want you to know your own worthiness deep down inside, and to experience wells of hope and peace.

Having completed my undergrad in counselling, I am currently a masters’ student at Trinity Western University in the Marriage and Family Therapy program. Using a trauma informed lens and attachment as a foundation, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and the Satir Model of Family Therapy. Additionally, I employ play therapy which utilizes the power of our imaginations to open creative possibilities and avenues for change.

It would be an absolute honour to journey with you, cultivating your strength and resilience and providing you with support, empathy and care.
