My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep appreciation for hearing and understanding people’s stories. Having faced my own mental health challenges, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. Therapy has been a meaningful part of my life, and I am passionate about offering the same welcoming and supportive space that helped me grow and heal. I believe that healing happens through connection and that no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University. My approach is grounded in a systemic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens, recognizing how our experiences and relationships shape who we are. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned space where clients feel safe and supported as they explore their emotions, relationships, and experiences.
I work with individuals, teens, and families, with a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, life transitions, and the challenges of this stage of life.
It is an honour to be invited into each client’s journey, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to support you along the way.
