Brittany Simpson

My journey to becoming a therapist has felt like a long time coming. Through my journey, I have personally experienced the profound impact of therapy. I am constantly inspired by our innate capacity to heal and in awe of the diverse and sometimes surprising places we access it. Together, with curiosity and bravery, I believe we are all capable of discovering our deeply authentic and whole selves.

As a Master’s student of Marriage & Family Therapy at Trinity Western University, I am passionate about helping people navigate and process the complexities of life. I practice from a systemic approach and draw upon Emotional Focused Therapy, Satir, Internal Family Systems, and Embodiment work. These approaches help me hold a holistic and multifaceted view of what it means to be human. I seek to provide a space of safety and connection so that together we can encounter meaningful self-exploration, growth, and healing. Above all, I am inspired by my clients and would feel privileged to come alongside you in your journey toward meaningful change.
