Through both my personal and professional journey, I have remained deeply inspired by our innate capacity to heal. I continue to be in awe of the diverse, creative, and sometimes unexpected ways that healing and transformation can unfold.
I believe that we are not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. Often, healing begins in the presence of a safe and attuned relationship—one where we can feel seen, understood, and accepted as we are. My hope is to create that kind of space with each person I work with: a place where curiosity is welcomed, where there is room for both courage and gentleness, and where you can begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become lost, protected, or disconnected along the way.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy, I work with individuals, couples, children, and families. I approach therapy collaboratively with warmth, curiosity, and creativity, recognizing that each person brings their own unique story, strengths, relationships, and ways of making sense of the world.
My work is emotionally focused, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment. I draw from somatic and experiential approaches to help clients move beyond simply understanding their experiences and begin to notice what is happening within them—emotionally, relationally, and in their bodies. Together, we can create space to gently explore what is underneath the patterns that bring you to therapy and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people you care about.
